2026 Summer Celebration
If you haven't done so already, please RSVP for our annual event! We will be bringing together the Anaya Scholars community to celebrate our graduating scholars, welcoming our newest cohort, and creating space for connection. All scholars, their families, and mentors are warmly invited to join us as we honor your accomplishments and spend time together as Anaya's village.

Preparing for Post College Financial Success

Hosted by Andrew Astley, AS mentor and financial advisor
Andrew provides useful info and tools for grads as they leave school and enter the workforce. Graduating scholars (fall 2025 & spring 2026) and their mentors are encouraged to attend. Graduating scholars receive a $40 stipend if attending the full workshop. Previous graduates are also welcome. This workshop is optional for all other scholars.
Mental Health & Suicide Prevention
Date: Tuesday, June 23
Time: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Hosted bySamaritans, a Boston-based nonprofit providing mental health and suicide prevention support across Massachusetts. This workshop will provide a safe forum for difficult conversations. Through small, interactive sessions, scholars and mentors learn to recognize warning signs of suicide, understand how to support someone in need, identify trusted individuals, and prioritize their own well-being. All scholars will receive a $40 stipend if attending the full workshop.

The Youth Jobs & Resource Fair brings together 200+ organizations offering employment opportunities and career resources for young people ages 14–24. At the Fair, youth can meet employers and apply for jobs, explore career, training, and education opportunities, access employment and youth-support resources, enjoy free food, and enter multiple prize raffles throughout the day.
Youth must select and register one time slot to attend the Fair.
Contingency Funding
Scholars can apply for up to $1,000 each year in contingency funds, in addition to their regular stipend. Examples of contingency funds include but are not limited to buying books, fixing your laptop, attending conferences to network, and anything related to staying on progress to graduation.
